Sony’s Intelligent Auto Modes

In Sony’s newest alpha cameras, there are two different “Intelligent Auto” modes, the green mode for single shot, and the yellow for slower exposures, which fires multiple shots and sandwiches them together for an optimum image.

This is a demonstration of the automation feature. The camera can detect if there is an “infant” as a subject, or portrait, landscape, backlit portrait, macro and many other situations automatically. The camera then changes all of its settings (saturation, contrast, etc) to make the best automatic image possible. When this mode is invoked, most features of the camera (such as ISO, creative style) are disabled.

This feature is included in the a6000a77iia7r, and other Alpha Sony cameras.
